It was wonderful to see so many happy faces and hugs shared on Friday the 30th of August as the community of Our Lady of Mount Carmel gathered to honour the fathers, grandfathers and father figures with a delicious breakfast and heart-warming mass. Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta (CEDP) teachers were given the chance to see how the Positive Behaviour Support for Learning (PBS4L) framework is making a difference at Holy Cross Primary Glenwood. On Monday the 8th of April OLMC celebrated God Day to help us prepare for the great feast of Easter. Each class, the teachers and a group of parents broke open a Scripture passage, created a visual representation of the story and wrote a reflection about the passage. On Thursday Week 11 students and parents will have time to walk prayerfully around our spaces to reflect on the Easter stations.
